Selected Project WorkCentral Studio — team merchandise
Custom printed T-shirts produced for Central Studio and worn by the team at the Giza pyramids.

Made in Egypt · Built for international brands
Kemora develops and manufactures custom clothing for fashion brands — from sourcing and sampling to private-label production, branding, packaging, quality control and export support.
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per colour for suitable styles. Send a reference photo, sketch, sample or tech pack and we will turn it into a clear production brief.
What We Do
Kemora sits between your brand and the factory floor. We handle product development and production so that you can work with one contact instead of coordinating suppliers yourself.
Product Categories
Knitted and woven garments across everyday, loungewear, modest and uniform categories. Each category page explains how that product is actually developed.
Production capability depends on the fabric, construction, finishing, quantity and individual project requirements.

Start Here
The first conversation should not feel like homework. Send what you already have, and we will turn it into the questions that matter for sampling: construction, fabric, fit, quantity and branding.
New Brands
Most of the brands we work with start without a tech pack. That is normal, and it is not a barrier to getting started.
Additional product-development or brand-support services may be quoted separately depending on the project scope.
Fabrics & Finishes
Fabric choice is usually the single biggest decision in a project — it sets the hand feel, the fit behaviour and most of the cost.

Logos, monograms and text on knitwear, fleece, caps and woven garments. Digitising is done from your artwork before production.
Best value for larger runs in a limited number of colours. Suits solid logos and graphic prints on cotton.
For photographic or multi-colour artwork and short runs, where screen setup would not be economical.
Useful for small quantities, size-run variations and detailed artwork on performance fabrics.
Woven or printed neck labels, size labels and composition/care labels made to your brand’s specification.
Branded tags, string or safety-pin attachment, applied in the factory before packing.
Individual polybags, branded stickers, tissue and carton packing prepared to your packing list.
These are confirmed per project before being included in a quotation, and may be carried out by specialist facilities.
Final fabric composition, GSM, stretch, colour and finishing are selected according to the product, season, fit, target price and required quality level.

Why Kemora
FAQ
It means the garments are produced to your brand’s own designs and specification, and sold under your brand. Kemora does not sell a ready-made factory collection — nothing is produced until you have approved what it should be.
Yes. A photo, a sketch or an existing garment is enough to start. A tech pack makes things faster but it is not required, and most first-time brands do not have one.
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per colour for suitable styles. Final MOQ depends on the product, fabric, construction, number of colours, finishing and sourcing requirements.
Sample lead time is confirmed after reviewing the design and production requirements.
Yes. A significant part of our work is first collections. We will tell you honestly if a product or quantity is not realistic to produce, rather than taking the order and disappointing you later.
No. Client designs and project details are confidential, and we do not publish brand names or designs without written permission.
Kemora works only with partner factories that hold relevant certifications. The applicable facility, certification scope and supporting documents are confirmed during project qualification.
We serve international clients and coordinate shipping to Europe, the UK, the USA, the Middle East and other markets where feasible. Method, cost, documentation and timing are confirmed per shipment.
