Private-Label Streetwear Manufacturing
Streetwear is defined by proportion, fabric weight and finishing as much as by the garment type. An oversized T-shirt or heavyweight hoodie needs a deliberate shoulder, body width, length, rib and print placement — not simply a standard pattern sized up.

Development notes
The decisions that actually determine the outcome for this product, and are best settled before sampling.
Oversized fit needs its own pattern
A standard T-shirt graded larger usually becomes long rather than intentionally oversized. Shoulder drop, sleeve width, body width and length are balanced together on the sample.
Fabric weight changes the silhouette
A boxy tee in light jersey collapses differently from one in heavyweight cotton. The intended drape and structure should be agreed before pattern approval.
Artwork placement is measured
Print and embroidery are positioned from fixed garment points and approved by size. A visual mock-up alone is not enough to control placement across the full size range.
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per colour for suitable styles. Final MOQ depends on the product, fabric, construction, number of colours, finishing and sourcing requirements.

Questions about this category
What is the MOQ for custom streetwear?
Suitable streetwear styles can start from 50 pieces per colour. Fabric weight, custom dyeing, artwork method, trims and the number of colourways can raise the final minimum.
Can you develop an oversized fit from a reference image?
Yes. Send front, back and detail references plus the target base size. We define the shoulder drop, width, length and sleeve proportion through pattern and sample development.
