How It Works

From first conversation to shipment

A clear sequence, so you know what happens next at every stage and what is expected from you.

The production process

  1. Initial consultation

We discuss what you want to make, roughly how many, your target price and when you need it. This is where we tell you if something is not realistic.

  2. Design review

We review your images, sketches, sample or tech pack in detail and list what still needs deciding.

  3. Fabric selection

Fabrics and trims are proposed and confirmed, including availability and any effect on minimums or lead time.

  4. Sample development

A pattern is developed and a physical sample is produced.

  5. Client approval

You approve the sample. The final specification — measurements, fabric, colours, trims, labels and packing — is documented in writing.

  6. Bulk production

A suitably certified partner factory is allocated for the product. Production runs against the approved sample and documented specification, with timing confirmed once quantity and fabric are known.

  7. Quality control

Production is reviewed against the approved sample and agreed specifications. The inspection scope and any reporting are confirmed for the specific order.

  8. Packing

Garments are folded, bagged, tagged and cartoned according to your packing list.

  9. Shipping coordination

We coordinate freight and export documentation with your forwarder or ours, by air or sea depending on urgency.

Exact timing is confirmed after we review your project. Production begins only after sample and order approval, and final specifications are documented in writing before bulk production starts.

Shipping and documentation

Middle East

Shipments to Gulf and regional markets typically move by air for smaller or urgent orders and by sea for larger ones. Routing, cost and transit time are confirmed per shipment.

Europe

Shipments to European markets are coordinated by air or sea depending on order size, urgency and destination. Routing, documentation requirements and expected transit timing are confirmed per shipment.

UK and USA

Orders can be coordinated to the UK and the USA where the product, route and shipment are feasible. Freight method, import responsibilities, documentation and timing are confirmed before production.

EU origin-documentation support

EUR.1 documentation can often be provided for eligible EU shipments, subject to applicable rules of origin and customs requirements.

Export documentation

Commercial invoice, packing list and other applicable export documents are coordinated for the confirmed route. Requirements vary by destination and shipment.
