About Kemora
An Egypt-based manufacturing and product-development partner
We develop and produce garments for international fashion brands through specialised, certified partner factories in Egypt selected for each project.
What we actually do
Kemora is based in Egypt and works with manufacturing and sourcing partners rather than operating a single facility. Different products need different capabilities: a jersey T-shirt, a satin pyjama set and a supportive sports bra are not efficiently made in the same place. Matching a product to the right facility is part of the job.
Our role covers product development, fabric and trim sourcing, pattern and sample development, production coordination, quality follow-up and shipping coordination. For the brand, that means one point of contact instead of managing a chain of suppliers from another country.
We only work with partner factories that hold relevant certifications. Our network gives projects access to high production capacity while still allowing suitable first runs to start from 50 pieces per colour.
How we work
We are not a fashion brand
We do not design or sell our own collection. Everything we produce belongs to the brand that commissioned it.
We are not a stock wholesaler
There is no ready-made catalogue. Products are developed to each brand’s specification.
We work in your language
We communicate in Arabic and English, with clear written updates from sampling through shipping.
We say when something will not work
If a design, quantity or price point is not realistic, we would rather tell you at the start than discover it during production.
We keep client work confidential
Kemora respects client confidentiality. Certain brand names, designs and project details are not publicly disclosed unless permission has been granted.
We coordinate international delivery
We serve international clients and coordinate shipping to Europe, the UK, the USA, the Middle East and other markets where feasible. Method, cost, documentation and timing are confirmed per shipment.

The Egypt team coordinates sampling, factory allocation, production follow-up and quality checks with the selected facility.
