Development notes
The decisions that actually determine the outcome for this product, and are best settled before sampling.
Drape has to be sampled in the real fabric
Two fabrics with the same composition can fall very differently. The intended silhouette is approved in the selected construction and weight, not from a swatch description alone.
Opacity and lining are commercial decisions
Light colours and fluid fabrics may need lining or a different weight. This affects cost, heat comfort and fit, so it is decided during sampling rather than after production.
Co-ord colour matching must be controlled
A top and skirt made from different fabric constructions can reflect colour differently. Matching pieces are sourced and approved together when the set is intended to read as one colour.
MOQ starts from 50 pieces per colour for suitable styles. Final MOQ depends on the product, fabric, construction, number of colours, finishing and sourcing requirements.

Questions about this category
Can you develop a resortwear co-ord from photos?
Yes. Front, back and detail references are useful, along with notes on intended fit, length, opacity and fabric feel. A physical sample then confirms the drape and construction.
Do you manufacture swimwear or burkinis?
Technical swimwear and burkini capability is assessed separately because chlorine resistance, stretch recovery, lining and performance testing may be required. Send the specification so feasibility can be confirmed before any claim or quotation.
