How an international order is prepared

  1. Confirm destination early

The sales market affects sizing, labels, packing, documentation and freight planning.

  2. Develop and approve the sample

A physical sample establishes fit, material, construction and finishing before bulk production.

  3. Allocate the right factory

A relevant certified partner is selected for the product, quantity, quality requirements and timing.

  4. Confirm packing data

Carton count, dimensions, gross weight and packing list are prepared after production and packing details are known.

  5. Prepare export documents

Commercial and packing documentation is coordinated for the route, plus eligible origin documents where applicable.

  6. Book the agreed method

Courier, air or sea is selected according to shipment size, urgency, destination and quoted cost.

Include this in an international enquiry

  • Destination country and postcode or port, if known
  • Product references, sketch, sample or tech pack
  • Quantity by style and colour
  • Size range and target customer
  • Required labels, language, packaging and carton marks
  • Target launch date rather than an assumed factory deadline
  • Any compliance or certification documents your buyer requires
  • Preferred Incoterm or freight arrangement, if already decided

Import rules, duties, labelling obligations and product-specific compliance remain the buyer’s responsibility unless a different scope is agreed in writing.

International order questions

Which markets can Kemora ship to?

We serve international clients and coordinate shipping to Europe, the UK, the USA, the Middle East and other markets where feasible. Method, cost, documentation and timing are confirmed per shipment.

Does Kemora arrange customs clearance in my country?

Import clearance and duties depend on the agreed Incoterm and destination. We coordinate export-side documents and freight, then confirm which responsibilities sit with Kemora, the forwarder and the buyer before shipment.

Can EUR.1 documentation be provided for EU shipments?

EUR.1 documentation can often be provided for eligible EU shipments, subject to applicable rules of origin and customs requirements.

How are shipping costs and timing confirmed?

After the packed volume, weight, destination and preferred method are known. Courier, air freight and sea freight are compared where practical; no fixed transit promise is made before a route is quoted.

Can samples be sent internationally?

Yes, where courier service is available. Sample courier cost and any destination charges are quoted or handled according to the agreed arrangement.
